The content seems fine if you can get to it. The Yoga poses are good, but the books organization does not make it easy to develop a repeatable program.

Maybe, a Kindle version does not make sense for this type of instruction.

Book contents not clear and low quality pictures. A few yoga exercise you can find in any stretching exercise book. total disappointment. I guess "you got what you paid for"
quick read not a lot of substance or new information. would not recommend ok if you never been exposed to the concept of streching
Would like to have more photos of poses, but some good, basic yoga information. Overall, not a bad book for a beginner
I have found this to be a good start. I had very little experience with yoga but had heard of its applications to specific sports. Now that I am over 40 I seem to have lost lateral flexibility and rotational flexibility. I hope this helps.
covered enough of the basics. Would be better off with a yoga book in general and then apply it to your own golf game.
